Maintain this posture for at least 15 seconds and repeat on the opposite side.
While you are sitting (or you can stand up) extend your right arm up to the sky, lengthen your top arm over your ear and your palm should face down. If sitting in a chair, ground down through both feet. If you are standing up make sure to ground your feet into the floor and place your hips in a neutral position. Keep your position on your chair and cross your left leg over the right. Hook the top of the foot behind the lower right calf. Once your legs are in the position stretch your arms straight forward and parallel to the floor. Cross your arms so that the right arm is above and the left arm is below, then bend your elbows. Raise the forearms perpendicular to the floor. Maintain this posture for at least 15 seconds and repeat change the position of your arms and legs.
